1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website of Dawood Tech Solutions FZE LLC (the "Site"), or by submitting an enquiry, requesting a proposal, or otherwise engaging with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site.

Dawood Tech Solutions FZE LLC ("Dawood Tech Solutions," "we," "us," or "our") is an enterprise technology company registered in Ajman, United Arab Emirates, with its office at CWS-1V-22 6746, 26th Floor, Amber Gem Tower, Ajman, UAE. We serve businesses across the UAE and GCC.

Our Site describes services including IT consulting, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, software development, web development, mobile app development, AI solutions, digital transformation, ERP solutions, managed IT services, network infrastructure, and data backup & recovery. Descriptions of these services on the Site are provided for general informational and marketing purposes and do not, by themselves, constitute a binding offer to provide services.

5. Service Engagements

Submitting an enquiry through our contact form, or otherwise contacting us, does not create a contractual relationship or obligate either party to proceed with a project. Any actual engagement for IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, software development, or managed services will be governed by a separate, mutually signed proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or contract, which will set out the specific scope, deliverables, fees, timelines, service levels and terms applicable to that engagement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement will govern with respect to that engagement.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the "DTS" mark, illustrations, layout, and underlying code — is the property of Dawood Tech Solutions FZE LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages from the Site for personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent. Any intellectual property rights arising from deliverables under a signed service agreement will be governed by the terms of that agreement.

7. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may include links or embedded features to third-party services, such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, and Google Fonts, and may reference technology platforms and partners we work with. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party sites or services. Use of any third-party service is subject to that provider's own terms and policies.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Statistics, figures, and client results referenced on the Site (such as uptime, project counts, or delivery timelines) are illustrative of our general track record and do not constitute a guarantee of results for any specific engagement.

Liability arising from any specific service engagement will be governed by the applicable signed service agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dawood Tech Solutions FZE LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

11. Confidentiality

Information you share with us through the contact form or in preliminary discussions will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Where a project proceeds, confidentiality obligations regarding business, technical, and proprietary information will typically be addressed in a dedicated non-disclosure agreement or within the applicable service agreement.

12. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Site, in whole or in part, without notice, for any user who violates these Terms or for operational, security, or legal reasons. Termination of Site access does not affect the terms of any active, separately signed service agreement.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ajman, United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise agreed in a signed service agreement.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
